Products, prices and orders

Key product characteristics, available choices and the final price are shown on the product page and in the cart before payment. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

An order is placed when the buyer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. If an obviously incorrect price is displayed because of a technical error, or a product cannot be made, we will contact the buyer and offer a solution or refund the amount paid.

Personalized products

Personalized products are made using the information submitted by the buyer at checkout. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, date, text and other custom information provided. If we make the personalization error, the consumer rights provided by applicable law apply. The same 14-day return policy described below applies to personalized products.

Payment

Payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure systems operated by Shopify and selected payment service providers.

Shipping

Shipping conditions, timeframes and charges are described in our Shipping policy. The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and consumer rights

Return and refund rules are set out in our Return policy. Our store applies the same 14-calendar-day return policy to all products, including standard, personalized and made-to-order products. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Our designs, photographs, text, graphics and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. The seller’s liability is assessed under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law.

Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy policy.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection. If a question or dispute arises, contact us first at tomas.jakutavicius@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it amicably. Consumers may also use dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
