Returns and refund policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from the Norų lizdas online store (norulizdas.store), operated by MB “MBT studio”, company code 308095722.

14-day return policy for all products

We apply the same 14-calendar-day return policy to all products, including standard, personalized and made-to-order products. A buyer may notify us of a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

To exercise this return option, email tomas.jakutavicius@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must then be sent back no later than 14 calendar days after the notification.

The returned product must be complete and, except for handling necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics, unused and undamaged. The buyer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would be permitted in a physical shop.

Personalized and made-to-order products

As a buyer-friendly commercial condition, our store accepts returns of personalized and made-to-order products under the same 14-day conditions stated above. This includes products made with a buyer-provided name, date, custom text or other individual content.

The buyer remains responsible for checking the accuracy of submitted personalization information before ordering. If we make a personalization error, the product is treated as incorrect and the protections for faulty or incorrect products apply.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the direct return-shipping cost when returning a product of satisfactory quality. We cover reasonable return costs when a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or when we made an error in personalization.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact us as soon as possible if a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match the order.

Include the order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the circumstances, we will offer an appropriate remedy under applicable law, such as repair, replacement or remake, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

For an accepted return, we refund the product price and, where applicable, the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not reimbursed.

Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the return notification. We may wait until we receive the product or evidence that it has been sent back.
