This shipping policy applies to orders placed on norulizdas.store.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Lithuania to a delivery address accepted by our system at checkout. If no delivery method is shown for a particular address, contact us before ordering.

Order preparation

Personalized and made-to-order products are prepared using the information provided by the buyer. Unless a product page states otherwise, we aim to prepare an order for dispatch within 0–7 business days after successful payment. Standard in-stock products are usually prepared sooner.

If an order is more complex, personalization information is missing or an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact the buyer using the email address provided.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery in Lithuania usually takes approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the carrier, destination and workload. The total estimated order-to-delivery time is therefore 1–12 business days. These are estimates and personalized production time is included in the total range.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within Lithuania costs €3.99 for orders under €40. Shipping is free for orders of €40 or more. The applicable method and exact charge are shown at checkout after entering the delivery address and before payment is confirmed. No hidden shipping charge is added after order confirmation.

Delivery address

The buyer must provide an accurate name, address, postcode, city and contact details. If you notice an error, email tomas.jakutavicius@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will try to correct the address.

Tracking and delays

When the carrier provides tracking, the number may be shown on the order-status page or in the dispatch notification. Carrier delays, holiday periods or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery time. If a parcel is clearly delayed, contact us and we will help check its status.

Damaged or missing parcel

If a product arrives damaged in transit or you believe a parcel is missing, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and, where possible, photographs. We will handle the matter according to the order circumstances and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
